First, Student Werks aims to understand about your business and what sector it operates in. In this partnership, we learn what positions you have open and what qualities a model employee would possess. We also learn more about the needs of the role such as the hours, pay, expectations and more.

After understanding more about your business and each role that needs to be filled, We then create a job listing for each position, highlighting some of the qualifications or skills most applicable to the role. ​​​
Example Job Listing Strips
This job listing helps to show students relevant information while explaining a little bit about your company, helping to garner interest. Students can click into the job listing strip to load an application page for each role. This application page will house relevant information about your business as well as relevant information about the job.
The application page will also house the complete job application for each role, allowing students to apply with ease. We can also embed or link your own personal external application depending on your business's wants and needs.
From here the applications will be sent directly to an email of your choosing either as they come in, or in a periodic manner. As an additional service, we can also help filter applications ensuring your business is left with top quality candidates. Provided below is an example of the application page.
